Super tasty dessert for the holidays! This is carrot cake but with a unique twist. Impress your guests with this easy, delicious recipe!
Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 baking pan.
Mix cane sugar, yogurt, vanilla and eggs in a large bowl until well blended.
Mix together flour, cinnamon, baking soda and nutmeg. Stir into the egg mixture. Stir in carrots, apple and nuts.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool on wire rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
