Description

Frozen yogurt that is cool and refreshing and blueberry-flavored!

Ingredients

  • 1-⅔ cup Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Blueberry Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cups Heavy Cream
  • ½ cups Frozen Blueberries

Preparation

1. In small mixing bowl combine milk and sugar. Mix until sugar is dissolved.
2. Mix in yogurt and heavy cream.
3. Pour mixture into your ice cream machine and churn for 25-30 minutes or based on your machine’s instructions.
4. When done, stir in blueberries.
5. Serve immediately or place in a container and put in the freezer for one hour.
6. Enjoy!

Recipe yields 7 cups. This recipe is adapted from Cuisinart.
