Who doesn’t love pesto? This classic recipe gets a little added boost of vitamins and minerals with some spinach and garlic!
Place all ingredients except for olive oil into a food processor bowl. Lock the lid in place and turn machine on. Stream olive oil into the mixture and continue to process until desired consistency is reached.
Serve with pasta, on pizza, on sandwiches, etc. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Did you forget tó list the pine nuts as ingredients? Or does the recipe not contain any?
