There aren’t many things that don’t go with ranch dressing. For many kids (and some grownups), it makes eating vegetables possible. So why settle for a preservative-laden store-bought version when it is so easy to make your own? Those versions can contain up to 16 grams of fat per serving!
Whisk together all ingredients in a large glass container. Refrigerate until serving. Will keep for about 1 week sealed in the refrigerator.
Nutrition Info per 2 tablespoons: 20 calories, 1 g fat, 1 g protein, 1.4 g carbohydrates

This looks great. I have never heard of champagne vinegar, is it fairly easy to find?
