Not sure what to do with that fish? Grill it and make this Fresh Parsley Drizzle with Capers and Cornichons.
Mix all ingredients, including salt and pepper to taste, in a small bowl. (Can be covered and refrigerated several days; return to room temperature before serving.)

Wow! I can’t wait to try this! Where did you all come up with this? Mmmm – capers and “pickles” – 2 of my favorites!
