This will make you SING with joy—and you might even lick the countertop if you drop some.
Spread peanuts out in an even layer on a cookie sheet. Roast at 400ºF for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer nuts to a food processor and grind until they become of a peanut butter consistency. Scrape down the sides as needed. Add the powdered sugar, oil, salt, and cocoa powder. Process again until combined. Store in a jar in the fridge. Inhale.
Note: You may need more than 3 tablespoons of coconut oil to get the desired consistency. I use 5 tablespoons.
