Kick your weeknight chicken dinner up a notch!
(Adapted from Bon Appetit.)
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cut orange into 1/16 to 1/8-inch thick rounds. Arrange orange slices (in layers, if necessary) in a glass baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, rosemary and butter. Pour enough broth to cover the oranges. Cover the dish with foil.
Place the dish in the oven; braise oranges until tender and rind looks translucent, about one hour. Cool. Can be made one day ahead. Cover and chill. Rewarm and remove from sauce before using.
