In a medium sauce pan, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, maple syrup, lemon juice, and spices. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and cook 20–25 minutes, stirring often until pumpkin thickens slightly.
Remove from heat and let cool. Transfer to a glass jar and keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
