A seasonal compound butter with walnuts, cranberries, orange zest and brown sugar. Delicious served on French toast.
Combine the butter, toasted walnuts, brown sugar and orange zest in a food processor. Process until smooth.
Remove butter from processor and fold in minced cranberries. Divide into two 4-ounce containers; garnish with additional zest and a fresh cranberry.
Chill until firm. Serve on French toast with a cranberry compote.
