This whiskey maple syrup will give your pancakes an awesome makeover!
1. In a small saucepan, whisk all ingredients together and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Whisk occasionally and simmer for 20-25 minutes until syrup has thickened.
2. Pour over pancakes or waffles and serve immediately. You can store extra syrup in an airtight container in the fridge for several months. Then just reheat it whenever you need it!
