Description

Quick pancakes made fun with Oreos, sprinkles, and bananas.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Dry Pancake Mix
  • 1-¼ cup Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 whole Brown Bananas
  • 1-½ cup Oreo Chocolate Cookies, Chopped
  • ¼ cups Colored Sprinkles

Preparation

In a bowl, combine the pancake mix, water, sour cream and sugar. Gently stir until just combined. Smash the bananas and stir into the batter. Very carefully stir in the Oreos and sprinkles. Cook on a pancake griddle for at least 1 minute per side or until lightly brown on both sides.

Makes about 15 four-inch pancakes.
