Delicious oatmeal, apple and cinnamon pancakes.
Place oats, all-purpose flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugar into a bowl.
In a blender container or food processor container, add sliced apple and the milk. Blend. Add milk and apple mixture into the bowl. Add egg and butter. Stir until well combined.
Heat greased pan or nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Cook pancakes as desired, using about 2 ounces batter for each pancake.
