A caramel and butter-flavored syrup that makes the store-bought version look like a fake impostor.
Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat on very low heat and stir to dissolve the sugars, but do not boil. Once sugars are dissolved, you can serve.
Serve over pancakes, French toast, Dutch babies or waffles. Will keep 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator.

Wow! I am going to try this asap since we have a VERY limited supply of maple or pancake syrup (costing up to 9 dollars!) and I’ve tried quite a few impostor syrups with no avail.. I’ll let y’all know how it turns out.
