German Pancakes can be sweet or savory!
Preheat oven to 415 degrees F.
With your oven preheated, add your butter to a 9×13 inch or similar sized baking dish. Place into the oven. Once the butter has melted, remove the baking dish from the oven and set aside.
In a medium sized mixing bowl add the flour, milk, and salt. Whisk until no lumps appear.
Add the six eggs and whisk well.
Pour the batter evenly into the baking dish and place into the oven. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until the sides have peaked and are browned beautifully!

Triana, I would just mix the cinnamon right into the batter before you bake it.

How would I incorporate cinnamon in this recipe? Because I made a recipe similar to this my freshman year in high school but it had cinnamon in it with powder sugar lightly sprinkled on top.

We sometimes had this at home with Sunday dinner, but made with shortening instead of butter. My parents called it “Yorkshire Pudding.” Wonderful stuff!

It is actually a Bordallo Pinheiro. It’s a lovely find from my favorite store, Home Goods

I love your serving plate. Is it Princess House?
