A breakfast pancake baked in the oven.
Preheat oven to 375 F. Place the butter in a glass 9 x 13″ pan and place in the oven until butter is melted. Put remaining ingredients into a blender. Pulse until smooth. Pour into pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Cut into 4 squares and serve immediately with Homemade Pancake Syrup.

My mom used to make these when I was a kid. I remember watching them crawl up the side of the pan. She served them with powdered sugar and lemon juice. Yum!

a similar recipe has been handed down in my family for generations. We add powdered sugar on top as well. Highly recommend comfort food for me!
