Add a little sprinkle to your life with these pancakes!
Begin by mixing in the milk, egg, and banana, then whisk in the baking mix. Lastly, add in the sprinkles.
Then, in a skillet set on medium heat begin pouring 1/4 cupfuls of batter. You will want to cook these on one side until it begins to bubble then flip and cook on the other side. This recipe made 8 pancakes.

I printed this recipe out and took it with me on a trip out of state to visit my grandchildren. Eight yr. old Madison and 3 yr. old Elise love “helping” Grandma cook. These pancakes were a huge sucess. They were pretty, tasty and nutritious. Even Mom and Dad loved them. We spread a thin layer of peanut butter on them, topped with thin slices of banana and a few sprinkles, then drizzled with maple syrup. My son called them “heaven in my mouth”
