Fluffy moist pancakes with a delectably sweet syrup that’s quick and easy to whip together. My grandparents have served this in their bed & breakfast for as long as I can remember.
Pancakes:
Mix the Bisquick, 7-up, oil, egg and cinnamon together in a large bowl. The batter will be on the runny side but it rises as it cooks. Cook on a large griddle as you would any other pancake.
Syrup:
In a saucepan mix the sugar and cornstarch together. Stir in the pumpkin spice, apple cider and lemon juice. Cook on low heat until thick and combined, then stir in the butter. Serve warm over 7-up Pancakes.
