Description

The name sucks, but this recipe is fantastic! If you need a little protein to get you through until lunch, this is a wonderful way to get it and it’s extremely versatile.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces, fluid Plain Yogurt (Greek Is Great!)
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • ¼ cups Uncooked Oatmeal
  • 1 whole Small Apple, Diced
  • 1 dash Cinnamon

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Be amazed by how thick and creamy it is the next morning. Enjoy for breakfast!

Notes:
If you prefer vanilla, omit the honey.
This even works with Dannon Light and Fit (again, omitting the honey).
Pears are wonderful, too.

This made my morning much easier. I heated some in the microwave but actually preferred it cold. Will be making again.

This is really good. I like blueberries with a little brown sugar in mine. I have a hard time remembering to do it the night before, but I’m glad when I do remember!
