The name sucks, but this recipe is fantastic! If you need a little protein to get you through until lunch, this is a wonderful way to get it and it’s extremely versatile.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Be amazed by how thick and creamy it is the next morning. Enjoy for breakfast!
Notes:
If you prefer vanilla, omit the honey.
This even works with Dannon Light and Fit (again, omitting the honey).
Pears are wonderful, too.

This made my morning much easier. I heated some in the microwave but actually preferred it cold. Will be making again.
