Clusters of dark chocolate mixed with gooey peanut butter, oats and honey. Perfect when layered over Greek yogurt and berries, then topped off with a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
To make the granola, mix oatmeal and dark chocolate chips in a mixing bowl. Melt honey and peanut butter in a small glass bowl for about 20 seconds in the microwave then pour over oat mixture. Mix until combined.
To make parfaits, put ½ cup of Greek yogurt in the bottom of a mason jar. Add a layer of sliced bananas/berries then top it off with a heaping spoonful of the granola mixture.
