Description

My best banana bread.

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Large Egg
  • 1-½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 whole Very Ripe Banana, Mashed
  • ¾ cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1-¾ cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ¾ cups Dark Chocolate Chip
  • ¾ cups Sweetened Shredded Coconut
  • ¾ cups Chopped Walnut

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and line a loaf pan.

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, banana and oil until smooth. Sift in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips, coconut and walnut.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, and bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove from oven and place on rack to cool.
