I’ve had this recipe in my recipe box for months and just tried it tonight. Boy, was it perfect! My husband ate half of it at one sitting. I served it with fresh tomatoes and cucumbers along with a piece of toast. I will definitely put this in my ‘favorites’! Thank you for sharing!

I served it with sliced fresh tomatoes and cucumbers and a side of toast. This will go in my ‘favorite’ file! Thank you so much!

This was so good! I just made it last week and I am planning on making it again this week! Super easy to put together. I am always looking for recipes that can be made ahead of time, since I work evenings. This fit the bill, and the entire quiche was gone in 2 days! Thank you!

Yum, yum, yummy, yum, yummo! Did I mention yum? This was so delicious! I’ve had a hard time with some quiches baking up correctly, but this one was perfect! Thank you. :-) The leftovers will be great thinly sliced and sandwiched on bread for lunch.

Wonderful! It was super easy to make, cheesy and rich and filling. We ate it with some breakfast sausage on the side, but that was a little too ‘heavy’, so next time I’ll toss a light green salad to go with it. Thanks for an awesome weeknight-friendly recipe!

Very excellent! It was warm, cheesy, gooey, and a great-tasting dish. I’ll be sure to make it again. :)
