A healthy, quick and delicious way to start your day: vegetarian, keto and gluten-free.
Preheat oven to 175ºC (350ºF). Place 16 muffin liners in a muffin tray.
Beat eggs and mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into muffin liners on muffin tray and bake in the center of the oven for 20 minutes, until golden and set.
