Description

Buttery and flaky gluten-free biscuits are smothered in creamy sausage gravy. Can you think of anything more comforting? Look no further for the perfect gluten-free biscuits and gravy. It’s easy to make and perfect when you’re craving some indulgent comfort food.

Ingredients

  • ½ pounds Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 teaspoon Bacon Grease
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Half-and-half
  • ½ cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 4  Gluten Free Biscuits

Preparation

In a large skillet, brown the sausage over medium-high heat. Once meat is browned, removed it from the pan and set it aside.

Add bacon grease and cornstarch to the pan and whisk to combine. Pour in the half-and-half and milk and whisk until thickened. Turn off heat.

Add browned sausage, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder and stir until combined. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.

Divide biscuits, 2 per plate, and smother with sausage gravy.
