Description

This is my favorite Omelette EVER!… I thought it’s a must have for Tasty Kitchen! It’s super EASY to make and perfect for morning RUSH!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 whole Ziploc Bag
  • 1 teaspoon Salt, To Taste
  • ½ cups Stuff To Fill Your Omelette, Such As Cheese, Bacon, Or Everything In Your Fridge

Preparation

First what we are gonna do is take out of your bag a medium pan filled with water, the quality water doesn’t matters we only will use it to make the bag hot…

After you get the pan put it on your stove to HIGH hotness to make it a bit hot! …. Then we will proceed with the omelette!

First you wanna take the Ziploc bag, open it and grab two eggs (any eggs it’s okay but for one person 2 eggs it’s okay), crack them and put them in the bag, at this time you put your stuff (cheese, turkey, bacon blablabla), I recommend half cup of the good stuff to make it super filled!

Then we are gonna squeeze them until we see that the eggs are mixed well and all the stuff too… Now CAREFULLY! close the bag and put it in the the boiling water… Make sure that the Ziploc bag doesn’t burns! This is super IMPORTANT!

Depending on your stove the time ranges from 9 to 11 minutes… I put mine 10 minutes in the boiling water… Then after you see golden yellow your omelette take a cooking glove and put it in a plate …

If you are not in rush let it rest for about 1 minute to let it cool a bit…

If you are in rush … like me most of the time take the cooking scissors and cut the Ziploc bag and ENJOY! ….

NEVER by ANY REASON open THE ZIPLOC bag the normal way! Cause you can get serious burns! Be very careful at this moment! …. and at last Enjoy!!!

FYI, zipper baggies aren’t meant to be boiled (or microwaved) and leach petrochemicals into the food when heated. Google it and see.
