This classic broccoli and cheddar frittata is perfect for any meal of the day. The kids won’t mind eating their broccoli with this cheese delicious dish.
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Lightly oil an 8×8 square pan.
In a medium pan, heat broccoli and 1 tablespoon water. Cover and let simmer for about 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Set aside and let cool slightly.
Meanwhile, in a medium mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add in broccoli and ¼ cup cheddar cheese. Pour egg mixture into pan and top with remaining cheeses.
Place in oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven when center is cooked through and let cool slightly before cutting into.
Serve.
