Spaghetti with egg and cheese.
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and transfer to a pan.
Add the seasonings to the eggs and beat together. Pour the egg mixture over the cooked spaghetti. Combine until egg has cooked.
Transfer to a bowl. Top with cheese and serve.

This looks really good, we’ve been using whole wheat spaghetti, and don’t see a great deal of difference, except that it is a bit more filling – since we’re trying to eat more whole grains, think we’d make it that way. On the weekend, I think I might add garlic! This is such a nice adaptation of Spaghetti Carbonara – good thing Mr. Bunny doesn’t know it could include bacon – he may come up with that idea on his own, though.
