A fragrant, flavorful crustless quiche perfect for Mother’s Day.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Butter a 9-inch pie pan.
Whisk together eggs, milk, lavender salt, pepper and dried rosemary. Stir in goat cheese crumbles. Pour into prepared pie pan.
Bake for 25-35 minutes or until cooked through. Slice and serve.
