It’s a family tradition around here to have this for breakfast every Christmas morning! Just awesome with fig preserves.
Brown sausage in skillet. Drain fat. In a large mixing bowl beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir cheese into egg mixture. Grease a 8×11 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Cut bread into cubes and place in bottom of dish. Top bread with cooked sausage. Pour egg mixture on top. Cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight. Uncover the next morning and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
