This turned out great! The flavors of the onions and bacon are a perfect combo. I’m not an experienced pie maker, but used the link to Ree’s Perfect Pie Crust recipe and it turned out flaky and so good.

AHHHHHHHMAZING! Served it for Christmas brunch & nothing was left. Family said its a 5 star & could we have it lots more often. Only change I’d make will be to use large onions to make more carmelized onions plus what my kids said: Don’t make just one, Mom!!!

Make this for dinner some nights for my kids and myself! They love it! I change up the cheese sometimes just to give it a different taste! Good either way!

Had this at a bridal shower brunch, it was so delicious! Added baby portobello mushrooms for taste.

Question: Has anyone made this quiche the day before and warmed it up? I am throwing a shower and we thought it might be a good idea to make the quiches the day before and warm them up the next day. Any thoughts?
