Fluffy cinnamon french toast topped with a decadent cream cheese icing.
For the casserole:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease 9×13 pan with melted butter.
Cut cinnamon rolls into sixths. Evenly spread into prepared pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla until well combined. Pour over cinnamon rolls. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown.
For the icing:
In a medium bowl, combine cinnamon roll icing, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and milk until smooth.
Evenly pour over casserole.
