An indulgent and tasty yet healthy breakfast!
In a medium-sized saucepan, combine quinoa with water, almond milk and cinnamon. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 15 minutes.
While the quinoa is simmering, stir in the chopped dates, cacao powder, and maple syrup. Once the quinoa is cooked, remove from stove and pour into a bowl.
Top with chopped almonds and enjoy!
