OMGOSH!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Frozen Hash Browns, Thawed
  • ½ cups Butter, Melted
  • 1 can (10 3/4 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 pint Sour Cream
  • ½ cups Onion, Chopped
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray an 11 x 14 inch casserole or baking dish with cooking spray.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir together. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes until top is golden brown.

Not quite as good as the Cracker Barrel version, but pretty darn yummy!!
