Description

This Apple Pie Granola is jam-packed with hearty oats, walnuts, and cozy fall spices!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons Apple Pie Spice
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ cups Brown Sugar
  • ½ cups Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Melted Coconut Oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a large baking pan with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine oats, walnuts, apple pie spice, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together brown sugar, applesauce, honey, and coconut oil until thoroughly combined. Pour wet ingredients over oats and stir well, ensuring that he oat mixture is entirely covered.

Spread granola evenly onto prepared baking sheet and place into oven. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes to avoid burring.

Remove from oven and let cool completely on baking tray. Enjoy!
