This breakfast is perfect for those looking to amp up their breakfast! It is packed with antioxidants, low glycemic grains, and vegetables. Plus, you make it the night before and don’t have to think about breakfast the next day!
Place cauliflower into a small bowl with a little water to steam in the microwave in 10-second intervals, until softened.
In a jar (or leftover nut butter jar), place oats and cauliflower and mix. Pour in kefir, cinnamon, salt, cacao, and mix until combined. Pour some milk in if it won’t mix properly.
Store in the fridge overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours.
