Description

These are really easy biscuits to throw together for dinner. They are best served once they have cooled for at least 45 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Bisquick Mix
  • 6 ounces, fluid Beer
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Preparation

Combine all your ingredients. Mix with a large spoon until batter is smooth. Filled lined muffin tins to 1/2 full. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Biscuits should be lightly browned. Let cool completely before serving.

these are great! Taste just like beer bread. The kids loved them, too. I doubled the recipe and used the large muffin tims. It was enough for 8. LOVED them.

Just made these, and they are yummy and sweet. Filled the muffin tins (regular size) half way and got 8 muffins. They didn’t rise past the level of the tin, so next time I think I’ll fill them almost full and get larger muffins. My kitchen smells sweet and yeasty, I love that smell!! Thanks.
