These are wonderful. I used 1/4 cup of applesauce to reduce the butter and swapped natural yogurt for the sour cream because that’s what I had on hand. I also used 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and 1 cup all-purpose. They were stunning. So moist and tasty. Next time I’ll add some walnuts! Only 150 calories per muffin. Not bad! Try them, they’re delicious.

These are awesome…SO moist! I used 3/4 c whole wheat flour and 3/4 cup all-purpose and they still turned out great. Thanks for the recipe!

I just made these. They are GREAT! Easy recipe, healthy and delicious – what more could you ask for! Wonderful for breakfast on the go (especially in cold mountain mornings). Thanks for sharing this with us:D

I made these tonight and they are delicious! I love the texture and the hint of molasses. I’ll feel better sending my kids off to school tomorrow w/these in their tummies!
