love it! added some brown sugar after and eyeballed the spices. Oh, and I topped with toasted almonds instead of walnuts. Will make this again and again!

This was really good. I made a double batch for our family. Only suggestion – go easy on the cloves and add some brown sugar for sweetness.

This was really tasty! I went to the related blog post and discovered a bake-able, night-before version, so that’s what I made. The spices and the pumpkin add just the right amount of harvest flavor, and the struesel on top is a perfect sweet treat. I loved this with craisins and will keep it around as a breakfast option for those days when I need to make something ahead of time to have ready in the morning.

Oh my. I opened a can of pumpkin today and made pancakes. I’m definitely making this for breakfast tomorrow with some of the leftover pumpkin. Thanks for the recipe.

This sounds so good! And lucky for me, I have a little Tupperware of leftover pumpkin puree in my fridge!
