A tasty, but healthy granola you can make at home. The only sugar used is pure maple syrup, which could easily be substituted for agave syrup.
Heat oven to 350 degrees (F).
In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, coconut, and seeds with the maple syrup, oil and salt if using. Spread on a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake, tossing twice, until golden and crisp, 25 to 30 minutes. Be careful not to burn.
As you pull it out of the oven the last time, add the dried fruit and toss to combine. Let cool.

Hi- The ingredient list says maple sugar and the instructions says maple syrup. Please clarify. This looks wonderful and am anxious to try this!
