Cheesy Italian Meatloaf

Description
A cheesy twist on the old classic meatloaf!
Ingredients
- ½ cups Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef (I Used 93% Lean)
- ½ pounds Hot Italian Turkey Sausage
- ¼ cups Italian Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoons Onion Powder
- 15 whole Pepperoni Slices, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoons Pepper
- 1 whole Egg Pus 1 Egg White
- 4 ounces, weight Mozzarella Cheese, Chopped Into 1 Inch Pieces
Preparation
Mix the ketchup and honey in a small bowl. Set aside.
Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Then form into a loaf shape and place on a baking sheet.
Spread the ketchup/honey mixture over the top of the meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
