Fast, easy-to-make chili when you want to be fed in under 20 minutes!
Dice onions (enough for 1/2 to 1 cup), mince garlic, and chop bell pepper and tomato. Toss into wok or skillet to cook with ground beef stir-fry style over medium-high heat until beef is browned and veggies are tender.
Add can of beans (any kind you like) and tomato sauce. I prefer spicy tomato sauces (i.e. Arrabiata), but any kind will do.
Mix together, and stir in chili powder, cayenne, onion and garlic powder (measurements are approximate – use as much or as little as you like). Add salt and pepper to taste. Lower heat to a simmer and continue cooking until you are ready to serve – make sure to give the flavors time to come together.
