The My Family Hates Meatloaf Recipe

Description
This is a moist loaf that my family eats up every time. Make sure to save some for sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- 1-½ pound Ground Chuck
- 1 cup Dry Unseasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1-¼ cup Milk
- ½ cups Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Prepared Yellow Mustard
- ½ teaspoons Celery Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1-½ Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ cups Catsup
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients , except catsup. Place meat mixture in a foil lined 13×9 baking pan. Spread catsup evenly on the top. Cook for 1 1/2 hours.
For leftover sandwiches, place a bakery style bun on foil. Top with meatloaf and provolone cheese. Wrap tightly and place in a preheated 350 oven for 10 minutes.
