London broil smothered in cheese and butter.
Note that the ingredient measurements are approximate. You can increase or decrease them for the amount of people you need to serve.
Set oven to broil. Sprinkle desired amount of salt and pepper on meat and broil until preferred doneness, flipping once while cooking to brown both sides.
While meat is cooking, place butter and garlic in a pot. Heat until butter is melted; don’t let butter get brown. Toast the bread in the oven.
When meat is done, remove it from the oven to rest and turn oven to 400 degrees. When you are ready, slice meat into thin strips. Lay the toasted bread on a baking tray with sides. Layer meat strips on the bread, one to two layers of meat per. Top each portion with a layer of mozzarella slices. Spoon garlic butter mixture over each portion. Place tray in the oven and heat until cheese is melted. If you like your cheese a little brown, turn the oven back to broil and heat for about a minute more. Be sure to watch closely so it doesn’t burn.

Need to update the recipe – we toast the bread before adding everything on it!

Great Recipe! London broil is my favorite type of steak. I would recommend trying grass fed Black Angus beef. It is absolutely delicious and a healthier option. I work with La Cense Beef and because our beef is 100% grass fed it is higher in omega 3 acids and lower in calorie and fat as opposed to traditional grain fed beef. Try grass fed Black Angus Beef and you will be able to taste an even bigger difference!
