Description

Served raw with sauteed dressing drizzled over a bed of veggies.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE WRAP:
  • 1 whole Red Cabbage, 4 Large Leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons Hummus, Per Wrap
  • 1 Tablespoon Tabouli, Per Wrap
  • 1 whole Raw Zucchini, Chopped
  • 1 whole Raw Yellow Squash, Chopped
  • 1 whole Raw Orange Bell Pepper, Chopped

  • FOR THE DRESSING:
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¼ cups Red Or White Onions, Chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Raw Honey

Preparation

The wrap:
Using 4 large red cabbage leaves, fill with the remaining ingredients, drizzle dressing, roll up and chow down.

The dressing:
Saute all ingredients together. Drizzle over veggies warm or cool.
