This roast is so tender, it just falls apart!
Put the roast in a bag or container for marinating. Pour soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce over it. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Refrigerate overnight.
Remove from the refrigerator and put in a baking dish. Top with your marinating sauce (where roast was soaking in) and buttermilk. Cover and put in the oven at 350F. Bake for 1 hour then reduce temperature to 225F. Bake for another 4 hours.
Take roast out of the oven and cut into pieces, if you can—it should/will fall apart. Put it back in the warm oven and let it soak in the juices for another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
OR
Optional (do this after roast is cut up): Mix 1/4 cup flour with 1/4-1/2 cup milk and pour it over the top to make a gravy-like sauce. If you do this, put the roast back in the oven for another 10 minutes till the milk (gravy) is hot.
Absolutely delish!

This sounds like an interesting take on a roast! I can’t wait to give it a try!
