A delicious vegetarian dinner to use up the stuff in your CSA box.
Heat oil in a large stock pot. Saute onions until caramelized. Add chard stems and rice and saute 3 minutes. Add white wine and stir until evaporated.
Add chard leaves until wilted, about 3 minutes. Add 1/2 cup heated broth, stir until evaporated. Continue adding broth in 1/2-cup increments until rice is al dente. Stir in raisins until incorporated.
Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. Serve individual plates with remaining cheese.
