Quick, easy, and so tasty, this is a wonderful meat recipe.
Plug in your crock pot to heat up while you prepare the rump roast.
Trim all the fat off of the bottom of the rump roast. Put it into the crock pot. Add the cream of mushroom soup and allow it to cook. About halfway through the cooking time, add the sliced onions.
It is best to start this dish earlier in the day so it has time to cook by dinner time. It will be very tender by the time it’s done and is excellent with mashed potatoes.
