My husband (who is the “chef” in our family) made up this recipe himself. It’s become one of our family favorites!
1. Saute onion with garlic and butter
2. Add undiluted soup, broth and noodles. Bring to boil.
3. Reduce heat.
4. Soften cheese with milk in microwave.
5. Add broccoli and cheese mixture.
6. Salt and pepper to taste.
7. Put on simmer for 45 minutes (do not cover.) Stir often.
(This recipe is very good with a mixture of broccoli and cauliflower as well.)

Egg noodles is a great idea. I’ll have to try that sometime too! I actually made this the other night for the sole purpose that I could take a photo of it. The kids scarfed it down so quickly that I didn’t even have time to grab my camera. Guess I’ll have to make it again!

This is a great recipe, very similar to the one I use. I use very fine egg noodles instead.
