Flank steak marinated overnight and grilled to perfection.
DAY 1: In a medium bowl (I use a 2-cup glass mixing cup), mix together the honey, soy sauce and red wine. Any red wine will do … no $90 bottle required. Stir in garlic, rosemary, chipotle and pepper. Let stand for 15-20 minutes. Place marinade and steak into a large Ziploc bag and lay flat in the fridge. Marinate for 24 hours, turning once halfway through to get both sides of the steak marinated.
DAY 2: Preheat grill on high heat. Brush the grill with oil. Grill the flank steak for about 7 minutes per side for medium rare. Slice thinly across the grain and serve.
