Paleo banana pancakes! Lightly, naturally sweetened using only banana. So fluffy and so filling, you’re going to love them!
Completely mix eggs and banana. Once combined, add flours, baking powder, baking soda, nut milk, salt, and chocolate chips.
Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter onto a greased skillet and cook until bubbles appear on top. Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side. You can add chocolate chips to the tops of the pancakes before you flip.
Makes about 9 silver dollar size pancakes.
